Eating healthy foods is especially important furing this time. Nausea or morning sickness is most likely to be experienced by a pregnant woman between two to eight weeks after she has conceived. But there are some women who are fortunate enough not to experience morning sickness or nausea, while some feel nauseous all throughout their pregnancy.
